Standard delivery (Monday to Friday):
- for international: 3 to 6 working days on average

Express delivery (Monday to Saturday):
- at home in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica): 24h if the order is placed before 3pm Monday to Friday
- relay point for Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica): 24h if the order is placed before 3pm Monday to Friday
Features of delivery by Colissimo:
The Buyer is delivered to his home by the deliveryman of the company Colissimo. In case of absence of the Buyer or the recipient, the parcel is left pending 15 days in the nearest post office. After this time, the package is returned to Adopt Parfums.
It is recommended that the Buyer, at the time of receipt, check in the presence of the deliveryman the condition of the package and the number of packages delivered.
In case of doubt, it is recommended to refuse the package and report these incidents to Adopt Parfums.
Withdrawal Point Availability Time:
Pick up point chosen by the customer: 7 days
In agency Chronopost: 15 days
The delivery time is the time between the day of your order and the day you receive it.
These deadlines are indicative.
In any case, and in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 216-1 of the Consumer Code, the products ordered will be delivered within a maximum of thirty days from the day following that on which the Buyer registered his order, subject to full payment of the price.
In the absence of delivery at the end of this period, the Buyer will have the opportunity to cancel his order, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or in writing on another durable medium, if, after enjoining, in the same manner, Adopt Parfums to make delivery within a reasonable additional time, the latter has not performed within that time.
The cancellation is considered effective upon receipt by Adopt Parfums of the letter or written notice informing it of this resolution, unless Adopt Parfums has performed in the meantime.
The Buyer may immediately cancel his order if Adopt Parfums refuses to deliver the goods or fails to fulfil its obligation to deliver the goods at the expiry of the stipulated period and that date or period constitutes for the Buyer an essential condition of the contract. This essential condition arises from the circumstances surrounding the conclusion of the contract or from an express request from the consumer before the conclusion of the contract.
