The following may explain the problem:
- The code has been entered incorrectly: check that the code matches the one you received, or copy and paste it directly if necessary.
- The code has expired: check that your code has been used within the time period specified in the legal information of the offer received in the case of a time-limited offer.
- The conditions of the offer have not been met: these are indicated at the bottom of the email received or on our Offers page, particularly for permanent offers.
Please note that most of our promotional codes cannot be combined with other current promotional offers, with permanent (anniversary offer, welcome offer, eco-citizen offer, 3 or 4 perfumes offer), with discounted products, with calendars and with gift cards.
- The code has already been used: most of our promotional codes are only valid once per person. Find the information in the offer conditions.
